- At time of dispatch, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email so you can track your package.
- We typically use Auspost and DHL for deliveries.
- Goods are dispatched from NSW, Australia.
- For customers in the UK and Europe, we cover your taxes upfront.
- For customers in the Rest of the World outside Australia, the UK and Europe - any taxes and duties are your responsiblity.
- Our processing and dispatch process starts from the moment we get credit card authorisation and verification.
- If ordered before 12pm AEST weekdays, dispatched same day If ordered after 12pm AEST weekdays, dispatched next business day.
- Please note, we make every effort to ensure orders arrive promptly, however are unable to take responsibility for carrier delays.
Pricing & Payments
- Prices are quoted either AUD or your local currency depending on your location.
- If in Australia, GST is included automatically.
- If in the UK or Europe VAT is included in the price paid.
